Dr. Trevor Saxman, DO

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Trevor Saxman is a General Medical Officer in the United States Navy and General Practitioner in Yuma licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona. He graduated from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, in 2021 with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. He completed his internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in 2022.

Dr. Saxman’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering (2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2013), both from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. His professional experience spans various roles, including Founder/Physician at Yuma Southwest Medicine (2024 - Present), Medical Director at LaSalle Corrections San Luis (2022 - Present), and Attending Physician at Haven of Yuma (2022 - Present). He also works as a General Medical Officer at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma since December 2022.

Dr. Saxman is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He was awarded the U.S. Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) in 2016 and received honors in Emergency Medicine in 2020.
